• Accept payments only through the SkillHub platform

• Provide accurate project descriptions and requirements
• Make payments as agreed upon with the artisan
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with artisans
• Provide honest reviews and feedback
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform for direct payments

• SkillHub charges a service fee on all transactions processed through the platform
• Service fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Artisans receive payments after the platform fee is deducted

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfering with the operation of the platform
• Circumventing payment processing to avoid fees

All content on SkillHub, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SkillHub or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant SkillHub a license to use it for platform operations.

• Disputes between users should first be resolved through direct communication
• SkillHub provides a dispute resolution service to assist with unresolved conflicts
• Decisions made by SkillHub in dispute resolution are final and binding
• Users agree to cooperate fully in any dispute resolution process

SkillHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in question.

SkillHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time through their account settings.
